Why should I delete your email?
This is the last sign
I have from you.
I will let my new poems
Fill up your inbox
Until you become tired of my stubbornness
And get up from this untimely sleep
And remember that day
On the grounds of Nemooneh Elementary School
We walked together hand in hand
And uttered fearlessly
Those three sweet words
Without knowing that tomorrow
Only a bitter taste would remain in our mouths.
